Delivery is carried out by DHL international delivery service at the expense of the Seller.
Delivery times are from 2 to 6 days.
The surcharge for urgency is carried out by the Buyer.
The buyer is given the right, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, to apply with an Application for the exchange of goods or return of goods and the funds paid.
An application for the exchange / return of goods is sent by the Buyer to the following address order@elmiramedins.com.
When making a return, the estimated value of the returned goods must be indicated equal to the value of the goods on the website. The cost of return shipping services is paid by the Buyer.
The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data specified in the Refund Application. Refunds are made subject to the conditions for returning the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were at the time of transfer to the Buyer: with all labels and tags, without traces of wear and dirt, without traces of deodorant, without foreign odors
The seller returns the paid funds within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of return of the goods. Refunds are made minus the commission of payment systems.
Refunds are made to your bank card automatically. Before returning the goods, make sure that you have added a bank card in your personal account, on which you want to receive money for the goods.
Any claims, statements sent by the Buyer after the expiration of 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods by the Seller are not considered.
